Have you heard the news about our island’s upcoming Made in Maui County Festival? It’s a brand new, two-day event that is expected to kickoff in early November 2014. All of us here at Maui Kai are certainly excited about the event and want to remind all potential attendees that our Ka’anapali Beach resort is the best place to stay on the island.
Our Ka’anapali Beach resort is located less than an hour’s drive from the festival’s grounds. So attendees can enjoy being able to escape all of the festival hubbub at the end of the day. Plus, traveling back and forth to the festival should be a breeze. The professionally appointed accommodations at our Ka’anapali Beach resort offer all of the relaxing, first-rate amenities one could want as well.
For those of you that may not have heard about the Made in Maui County Festival yet, please allow us to help out. For starters, it is being held at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului and admission is a mere $3 per adult. Kids are welcome too, and anyone 12 years of age or less will be let into the festival grounds for free.
The festivities are slated to run at 8 a.m. and continue until 4:30 p.m. on November 8, 2014. Attendees will be able to check out 100+ Maui vendors’ wares and sample island cuisine provided by many of Maui’s beloved food trucks. Some of the participating vendors and food truck owners may also put on a demonstration or two. You never know and event details are still emerging.
